Privacy Policy
Effective: 28 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how SUPVISE processes information when you use our website and Inventory Health service. For operational datasets uploaded by a business customer solely for analysis on its instructions, SUPVISE acts as a service provider/processor where applicable.
2. Information we process
We may process technical and security logs, transaction or entitlement identifiers supplied by our payment provider, and operational supply-chain data that you choose to upload. Inventory Health is designed so that personal data is not required in uploaded spreadsheets.
3. Data minimization
Do not upload personal or sensitive data unless strictly necessary and lawfully permitted. Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, health information or government identifiers.
4. Why we process information
We process information to provide requested analyses, secure and operate the service, manage purchases and access rights, prevent abuse, comply with applicable law, and respond to service requests.
5. Uploads and retention
The current Inventory Health architecture processes the raw spreadsheet in server memory and does not intentionally persist the raw uploaded file after the analysis request completes. Analysis results are retained for up to 7 days by default to allow access and exports, then automatically deleted. Security and payment-event records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance or dispute handling.
6. AI and model training
Customer-uploaded operational data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
7. Service providers and transfers
We may use infrastructure, payment and security service providers to operate SUPVISE. Where international transfers of personal data require safeguards, appropriate transfer mechanisms will be used as required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Business customers should first direct requests concerning personal data contained in their uploaded datasets to the organization that provided the data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
