Refund Policy
Effective: 28 August 2026
1. Digital analysis purchases
SUPVISE Inventory Health is a digital analysis service. A paid unlock makes the full analysis and enabled exports available for the relevant analysis. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at checkout, completed digital-service transactions are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or used.
2. Technical delivery problems
If a verified technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery of a paid analysis, we will work to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy. Where Paddle is the seller of record, eligible refunds are processed through Paddle.
3. Paddle purchases
When checkout identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to the payment transaction. Paddle's current policy provides for mandatory consumer rights and handles eligible refund or withdrawal requests through Paddle Buyer Support.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. In some jurisdictions, consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for digital services or content; those rights may change once immediate performance begins with the consumer's consent, as permitted by applicable law.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or did not receive the purchased access, use the order-support route provided in your Paddle purchase confirmation so the transaction can be reviewed.
6. Abuse and fraud
Refund requests may be refused where permitted by law if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or manipulation of payment-protection mechanisms.
