Terms of Service
Effective: 28 August 2026
1. Service
SUPVISE provides business-to-business supply-chain decision-support analytics, including Inventory Health analysis. Outputs are analytical recommendations and do not replace the customer's professional, operational, financial, accounting or legal judgment.
2. Customer responsibilities
You must have the right and authority to upload and process all data submitted to SUPVISE. Upload only data required for the analysis. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, credentials, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, or unnecessary personal or sensitive data.
3. Purchases and access
Where a paid Inventory Health unlock is offered, the purchase grants access to the full results and enabled exports for the relevant analysis during its stated retention period. The price and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attack, probe, disrupt or overload the service; circumvent access or payment controls; upload malicious files; attempt unauthorized access to another customer's analysis; or use the service unlawfully.
5. Confidentiality and customer data
Customer operational data is treated as confidential information. Customers retain their rights in uploaded data. SUPVISE may process that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
6. Intellectual property
SUPVISE retains rights in its software, algorithms, interface, documentation, trademarks and generalized know-how that does not disclose customer confidential information. No ownership of customer-uploaded data is transferred to SUPVISE.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment or legal compliance.
8. Analytics disclaimer
Results depend on the quality, completeness and accuracy of the data supplied. Recommendations should be reviewed against business context before execution. SUPVISE does not guarantee a particular financial or operational outcome.
9. Refunds
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy. Where Paddle is shown as the seller at checkout, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policy also govern the payment transaction.
10. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
